- Subsequent 1kg : +RM4.00
2. Sabah Sarawak:
- First 500g : RM11.50
- Subsequent 1kg : +RM8.00
3. Singapore & Brunei:
- First 500g : RM40.00
- Subsequent 500g : +RM5.00
4. South East Asia:
- First 500g : RM50.00
- Subsequent 500g : +RM7.00
5. Others overseas:
- First 500g : RM130.00
- Subsequent 500g : +RM20.00
We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping/delivery.

- Readymade / DIY party printables : approx 4-7 working days
- Customised party printables : approx 3 weeks

All deliveries will be provided with tracking number for tracking purposes.

Actual colours may vary from artwork on screen due to monitor restrictions. Actual sizes may vary as sizes are approximates only.

- Artwork Preview
A concept artwork will be sent to you for first approval. You are allowed to make one round of amendments as long as it is within the same concept. A second sample artwork incorporating the amendments will be sent to you for final approval.
It is advised you carefully check all artwork during final approval to proceed with printing. No changes will be made after final approval.

Refundable security deposit
We seek refundable security deposit for each rented items which is to be paid by cash upon collection of rented items. Security deposit will be refunded to you upon return of items in original condition and on time. We reserve the rights to retain in part or in full should the item becomes damaged, dirty or non-return. In the event the cost of repair / replace exceeds the security deposit amount, the shortage amount shall be born by client.

First come first served basis
We encourage clients to confirm their order/booking early to avoid any possible disappointments due to schedule being fully booked or item being booked by other clients
Order/booking is only confirmed with successful payment transfer
Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy
No cancellation, return or refund is allowed once order is confirmed. In the unlikely event that we’re unable to fulfil your order due to full bookings, we will inform you and provide full refund.
